Effective 2026-08-13. Version 1.0.0.
KittyKlash is a cat battle game made by Raging Rhino Group, LLC. It is for children, so this agreement is with you, the parent or legal guardian — not with your child.
This page is written to be read, not skimmed past. It is short on purpose. If anything here is not what you want for your child, do not create the account, and email privacy@companywrx.com — a person will reply.
By creating an account for your child you confirm that:
Your child is not agreeing to anything. A child cannot be held to a contract, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Everything here is your decision, and you can undo it at any time (Section 6).
A multiplayer game where cats fight in an arena. Children can play alone against computer opponents, or online with others.
We do not sell advertising, we do not show ads, and we do not track your child across other websites or apps.
This is the part most worth understanding before you decide.
| Other players can see | Only friends can see | Nobody else can see |
|---|---|---|
| The display name above the cat | Whether your child is online | The login username |
| How the cat is dressed | Which room they are in, so they can join | The PIN |
| Match results in that match | Your email address |
There is no free-text chat. Children cannot type messages to each other. They can use emoji expressions, which cannot be used to say anything we have not written.
When you create the account you choose one of three settings:
Choose deliberately. "Anyone" means your child can hear, and be heard by, strangers. We do not record voice, we do not store it, and we cannot review what was said — which also means we cannot tell you what somebody said to your child. If that matters to you, choose Off or Friends only.
This setting is fixed at sign-up. There is no way for a signed-in child to change it, by design. To change it, email privacy@companywrx.com from the address you registered with.
Children add each other with a friend code — a short code they give to someone they already know. There is no way to search for a child by name. That is deliberate: a searchable directory of children is not a feature we will build.
You can ask us to remove any friendship, or to turn off friends entirely, at any time.
Email privacy@companywrx.com from the address you registered with, and we will:
We will not charge you for any of this, we will not ask why, and we will not make it difficult. We aim to respond within a few days and will not exceed 30.
Withdrawing permission means the account closes. We will say so plainly before we do it.
Full access is a one-time purchase of $12.99. It is not a subscription, there is nothing to renew, and there is nothing to cancel. Once bought it stays bought.
There is no in-game currency you can buy with real money. Kitty Coins are earned by playing and cannot be purchased.
We look after the game and try to keep it working and safe. We cannot promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that every other player will behave. It is a game made by a small company, and sometimes it will break.
If something goes wrong, tell us and we will fix what we can.
Nothing in this agreement takes away any right you have under consumer protection law, and nothing limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some things cannot be signed away, and we are not trying to.
Our agreements for business products require disputes to go to arbitration. This one does not. You keep every right you would normally have, including going to court and joining a class action.
An arbitration clause and a class-action waiver against a parent, in an agreement about a child's game, is the kind of term a court is entitled to strike — and we would rather not write terms we would be embarrassed to defend.
You can close the account at any time under Section 6. We can suspend or close an account that is being used to harm another player, or if we stop running the game — if we stop, we will give notice and refund any full-access purchase made in the previous 12 months.
If we change anything that matters — what we collect, who can see it, how voice works — we will email you and ask you to agree again. We will not treat silence as agreement for a material change.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you live somewhere else, you keep the consumer protections of your home jurisdiction.
